We have now introduced separate childrens and tots classes. The age classifications are:

Tots = 4-7 years
Juniors = 7-16 years
Adults = 16+ years

TRAINING TIMES:

Mondays
Adults 7:00 - 9:00pm

Wednesdays
Juniors 7:00 - 8:30pm*
Adults 7:00 - 9:00pm

Saturdays
Tots 10:00am - 11:00am*
(Parents must remain present)
Juniors 10:00am - 11:30am*
Adults 10:00am - 12:00pm

*Separate matted area
